TeleStaff shares information with diverse solutions

Public safety professionals rely on several solutions each day to accomplish their work.  The ability for these solutions to share information is essential as it makes work completion easier, reduces errors and improves workflow processes across the board. 

With the help of the Gateway Manager™, an add-on module that works in tandem with TeleStaff, staffing, personnel and other data can be shared with CAD (dispatch), RMS (records management systems) and TLM (time and labor management systems). 

TeleStaff also has the ability to pass data to HR and Payroll solutions.  This feature is inclusive in the solution, and does not require the use of the Gateway Manager.   

CAD and RMS: As the most accurate source of scheduling data, TeleStaff, can send automatically or on-demand roster information such as who's working when and where to appropriate systems. 

Payroll / HR: Supervisors finalize pay reports within TeleStaff which can be exported in dozens of formats or be sent automatically or on-demand to payroll systems.  TeleStaff can also accept data from HR systems including employee information, accrual balances, certifications and more. 

Time and Labor Management (TLM): Automatically or on-demand, TeleStaff, can populate an organization's Time and Labor Management system so that punch, swipe or other login data can be compared against the most current schedule.  No show, overtime and other relevant data can be accepted from the TLM system by TeleStaff so that attendance data remains synchronized.

TeleStaff's comprehensive import, export and Gateway capabilities enable communication with a wide variety of 3rd party solutions - commercial or custom.
