Important Information Regarding Kronos Support of PDSI Products 

Several months ago, TeleStaff customers were transitioned to the Kronos customer portal for case creation.  During this time of transition, the TeleStaff Solutions Group (TSG) maintained the Sage SalesLogix (SLX) portal for existing tickets; however, it is time to retire the legacy ticket system.  Effective April 13, 2012, TSG will permanently discontinue the SLX service for ticket creation and review.

We strongly suggest that TeleStaff users immediately register for access to the Kronos customer portal.  A Kronos Solution ID has been generated for all customers and is required when registering for access to the Kronos customer portal and when calling for technical support. If you do not have your organization's Solution ID, please contact TeleStaff Global Support at (800) 394-4357 or by email 

The TeleStaff customer portal will remain available to customers for access to educational materials only during this time as you continue to learn about Kronos technical support resources.
